Delivery Time
The Order will be complete on the day we recieved the full details of the order, its size, sleeves, shipping information, after which, we will custom make your dress in under 10 days, 4 day for shipping via DHL, You will get your order in 15 days or less. In case of customization, like size or sleeves, it could take longer depending on the dress design.
The Order will be deemed to be complete when the customer provides all relevant details pertainig to the order, like Size, Sleeves, Colour, Hand or Machine Embriodery, which will help us to make your dress according to the specifications provided by you.
For bulk orders, Please inquire the time before placing the order. As it may take longer to make your Order.
We do not ship any product to P.O. Box numbers, because neither the shipping company or the credit card processing company allows it.
We will only deliver the product to the address of the Credit Card Holder. The Billing address or the shipping address should be the same. In case of a Gift, Please fill a third party delivery form along with Photo identification like Drivers licence for verification.
We Support a large number of credit cards, depending on our merchant account.
Return of Delivered Item
The order could only be returned if there are manufacturing defects in the order.
defects means the dress not being of a quality material, sizes, colors. Please see our size charts before ordering, You can also send us your custom size chart as we will make your dress accordingly.
We will only accept return of goods in original condition. We do not accept return of used goods.
Order cannot be refunded in any other case.
If your order has been shipped according to the specifications in the order, but the client finds it not suitable. We consider it client's responsibility to provide correct specifications at the time of placing of order.
